Terms of Service
These terms describe the DeckNarrator service, what customers receive and the limits of the analysis.
Service
DeckNarrator is a paid digital review service for presentation decks supplied in PDF format. Depending on the plan purchased, the customer receives a private Review Room, an executive PDF export and, where included, Room Defense preparation.
Processing time
Most automated Review Rooms are generated within minutes, but processing time may vary depending on file size, queue volume, technical conditions or service availability.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload the deck and for deciding whether to apply any recommendations.
No outcome guarantee
DeckNarrator does not guarantee funding, sales, approvals, investment, legal outcomes, financial results or meeting success.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use DeckNarrator to upload unlawful material, infringe third-party rights, attempt to disrupt the service or misuse generated outputs.
