Uploaded decks and outputs
Uploaded PDF files and generated outputs are used to process the request, create the private Review Room, provide support, perform quality checks and deliver the purchased service.
Deck confidentiality
Your uploaded decks, generated Review Rooms and exported PDFs are not published, sold, shown as public examples, used as portfolio material or turned into case studies without explicit permission.
Operational data
DeckNarrator may process contact details, billing-related information, job IDs, logs and technical metadata needed for delivery, support, abuse prevention and service reliability.
Storage and deletion
Files and generated outputs may be stored for processing, support, billing records, quality checks and operational needs. You can contact support to request deletion, subject to technical, legal and payment-record constraints.
