Quality standard
If the generated Review Room is generic, clearly failed to read the uploaded deck, is not actionable or has a major processing issue, contact support with the job ID.
Resolution options
Depending on the issue, DeckNarrator may offer reprocessing, correction, support guidance or a refund.
When refunds may not apply
Refunds may not apply when the service was delivered as described, the customer disagrees with strategic recommendations, or the request falls outside the quality window.
