DeckNarrator is a custom digital analysis service. Each report is generated from the deck you upload and is intended to provide a structured narrative stress test.

Quality guarantee

If your report feels generic, unclear, or not actionable, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may correct the report, reprocess your file, or issue a refund depending on the case.

Processing issues

If DeckNarrator cannot process your file or cannot deliver the Review Room/report, you may receive a refund or a reprocessing.

What is not covered

Refunds are not guaranteed when the report was successfully delivered and the request is unrelated to quality, clarity, usefulness, or processing failure.
